About this face

This is a variation of my popular Tide Time watchface converted to use NOAA (National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration) tide prediction data. NOAA provides data for North America, the Carribean, and Pacific ocean regions. No API key is required for the tide data. This watchface displays tide level information for your GPS location front and center. Many similar apps on the IQ store have been suspended or no longer supported for various reasons. This one is fully functional. NOTE: Tide level information is only an estimate, and actual tide levels can vary due to multiple factors and local conditions. This app is not to be used for navigation or any other purpose that may result in personal injury or property damage. # Features * 12/24h Digital time * AM/PM indicator for 12 hour time. * Day and day of week display * Current tide level shown filled in the digital time * Tide rising/falling indicator * MSL or MLLW datum reference * Power saving mode during sleep * Full screen burn-in safe display for AMOLED devices * Anti-aliased graphics * Units follow your Garmin watch System settings Please use the following link where you can enter your latitude, longitude position to find the closest NOAA station ID to your location: https://tidesandcurrents.noaa.gov/tide_predictions.html Or alternatively on a map: https://tidesandcurrents.noaa.gov/map/index.html For a version of this watchface which can provide worldwide coverage, see here: https://apps.garmin.com/apps/98dc49e0-65ed-426c-9def-ddb1b383b0a9 NOTE: Tide data acquisition can take up to 10 minutes the first time after all the following conditions are satisfied: (1) your Bluetooth connection is enabled, (2) the Garmin Connect app is running on your phone (3) your phone can access the internet, (4) you have entered the NOAA Station ID in the settings # PRO Version Features * Displays last tide extreme and next low/high tide time and level * Rotating data field selectable to show Tide station name Distance to tide station Current temperature Feels like temperature Hi/Lo temperature Wind speed and direction Probability of precipitation Relative humidity Sunset (requires free API key from https://openweathermap.org/) Sunrise (requires free API key from https://openweathermap.org/) Time to next low tide Time to next high tide Current tide level Water temperature (some NOAA stations only) Moon phase * Use a custom lat/long position instead of your current GPS position (must also use OpenWeatherMap to get weather data for the custom position) # Payment For the PRO version, use this link to pay US$1.99 via Stripe (no account required; credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay accepted). https://buy.stripe.com/5kA4hVaEkdRbg363m6 Alternative payment via Paypal: https://www.paypal.com/paypalme/trudelta/1.99USD Important instructions to get your unlock code quickly: https://ko-fi.com/post/Payments-via-PayPal-Z8Z6AIK78 Payment via Stripe is recommended because you will get your unlock code immediately on the payment confirmation screen.
