About this face

The upper half is a dusk mountain scene: a layered gradient sky, scattered stars, a pale moon and two ridgelines with snow on the high peaks, closed by a pine forest silhouette. A thin ring traces the bezel. - Drawn entirely with polygons and circles, no bitmaps, crisp at any resolution - Top strip: steps and battery - The time sits over the open sky, framed by the two high peaks - Weather row with current temperature and today's high - Date and weekday on the dark lower panel - Three data cells: steps, heart rate and calories - Chinese lunar date at the very bottom Battery friendly: data refreshes every 20 seconds, weather every 10 minutes. In always-on mode only a dim time is drawn, protecting AMOLED panels. No network access, no data uploaded. Heart rate and body battery are read from the watch's own history.
