Every setting is there, no phone needed. Menu names differ slightly by model. On the phone: Connect IQ app or Garmin Connect → watch faces → Pure Harmony TiM → Settings. Options: Color, Left Top / Middle / Bottom, Top Right, Digi Time, Digital Time Font, Hands, Second Hand, Seconds Marks, Battery Display, World Time City, Always-On Display, Military Time (24 h). ▸ HOLD-TO-OPEN SHORTCUTS (touch watches) Touch and hold the weather, the date, any data field, the top right field, sunrise / sunset or the battery to open the matching Garmin widget.
