Settings that mostly affect battery life: - Gradient quality (no gradient is best), on MIP (like Fenix 7), use no gradient or Mips gradient - Amoled: AOD - Best turned off. If used, choose "Time only" with Tint color. Using gradient in AOD mode uses the most battery. - Amoled: Instead of using AOD dim, use a dark tint color - Amoled: Use an outlined font for the time in AOD mode - Lastly, datafields that update often, like heartrate, seconds and stress use the most battery. Note that savings gained from not using these fields is very minimal. ⭐️ Configuration ⭐️ Note: There are two different places with settings: * Garmin IQ App (on your phone): Configure datafields, colors, and general settings * On-Watch Settings: Access more detailed options like time format, goals, and units directly on the watch by holding the menu button, selecting watchface, and tapping customize
