About this face

Every ride takes you further along one of the world's great cycling routes. Journey Ride turns your week's cycling into a journey along a famous route. The map fills in as you go, the ring around the edge shows how far you've come, and the face tells you the next stage town, climb or campsite and how far away it is. - 3 routes: the route of the 2026 Tour de France (Barcelona to Paris, stage by stage, over the Tourmalet, Puy Mary, Grand Ballon, Galibier and Alpe d'Huez), the Munda Biddi Trail (Mundaring to Albany, 1,000 km) and the Great Divide Mountain Bike Route (Banff to Antelope Wells, 4,418 km) - Your riding counts: the cycling distance your watch records each week - Next stop: the next stage town, climb, town or campsite and the distance to it, with a celebration for 12 hours after you reach one - The week's riding and your recovery time, on routes shown beside the time - Each route keeps its own progress, so you can switch and come back - Start part-way: set how far along you already are - Kilometres or miles - Detailed maps in full colour on AMOLED screens, and a 64-colour version for memory-in-pixel screens - Always-on mode shows the time and your place on the ring, shifting slightly each minute to protect the screen Choose your route in the watch face's settings, on the watch or in the Garmin Connect app. Journey Ride collects no data and needs no phone connection.
