About this face

Dashboard Panel PRO (MIP) A full data dashboard in shaded panels: weather, week bar, two rings, heart-rate zones, four tiles, a chart and sun times – 6 colors, 4 time sizes, tuned for MIP / Solar. DASHBOARD PANEL PRO – a dense, premium data dashboard where every value has its own panel. The screen is filled edge to edge, yet stays readable at a glance. WHAT YOU SEE • Weather at the top: current conditions and temperature in the center, today's high on the left, low on the right • Month and day, plus a week bar with today highlighted (week starts on the day set in your watch) • Large time – hours in white, minutes in the accent color • Two progress rings next to the time (default: steps with goal, battery) • Panel with heart rate and live heart-rate zones, plus Body Battery™ with a bar • Four tiles with values and progress bars (default: calories, floors, intensity minutes, distance) • Chart of the last hours (default: altitude) with the current value • Sunrise and sunset at the bottom Made for MIP / Solar screens: black background, crisp panel outlines and the brightest colors of the 64-color palette – maximum contrast in sunlight. Larger values in the lower half for easy reading. EVERYTHING IS EDITABLE • Left and right ring: steps, calories, floors, intensity minutes, distance, Body Battery, battery, stress, heart rate (of max), Pulse Ox, recovery time – or off • Both panel fields and all 4 tiles: heart rate, Body Battery, steps, calories, floors, intensity minutes (week), distance, stress, battery, Pulse Ox, respiration rate, altitude, barometric pressure, notifications, recovery time, next sunrise / sunset – or off • Chart: altitude, barometric pressure, heart rate, Body Battery or stress – 2, 4, 6 or 12 hours – or off • Bottom field: sunrise + sunset or any of the fields above • Accent color: lime, cyan, orange, red, yellow, violet • Time size: standard, +5%, +10% or +15% • Battery as percent or days remaining, calorie goal 1500–4000 kcal PRESS AND HOLD On touchscreen watches press and hold a ring, panel field, tile, the chart, weather or sun times to open the matching Garmin widget. Hold the date to open the calendar. MIP / SOLAR In low-power mode the face updates once a minute, like Garmin's own faces. MORE • Weather and sun times come from your watch; last known values are kept if the phone is briefly disconnected • 12 / 24-hour time, °C / °F and metric / statute units follow your watch settings • English and Polish (days, months, labels); settings on the watch (menu in English) or in the Connect IQ app A separate edition for AMOLED watches, with shading, gradients and Always-On, is available: Dashboard Panel PRO (AMOLED).
